Shipping & Handling

Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 2 weeks (14 business days) from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to thoughtfully prepare, customize (if applicable), and package each item with care before it is shipped.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order products are created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of these items, they may require the full processing timeframe. We kindly ask for your patience as we create something meaningful and intentional just for you.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Updates
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, orders may take the full processing time.

  • Once your package has been entrusted to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and appreciate your trust in our business. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, all sales of these items are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

We kindly ask that you review all personalization details—such as spelling, design choices, and selections—before completing your purchase.

Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly and prayerfully work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.

Additional Return Information

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers.
